With a new charm, the 28-year-old designer Nadine Gross created a collection for the urban lifestyle - this Methaper stands for flexibility and uniqueness.
"I want my creations and designs to be authentic and exciting. There should always be a piece of my life in the designs, "says the designer. Impetus for the summer 2011 collection called "La Princesse endormie," (The Sleeping Princess) is the memory of the earthquake victims in Haiti, among other things, a good friend who was killed in this devastating disaster.

By asymmetry, ruffles and pleats diagonal line illustrates that the world is falling apart. The interaction of various material structures and the cuts offer cheeky and provocative combinations. Each style carries a name such as Haitian, top Jaelle, named after a friend from Haiti. For 2011, the collection of couture dresses suspicious star expands. The color range goes from pastel shades to mud-colored or faded floral patterns - as if they were covered with dust.


The 1983 Munich-born designer graduated in Modelismus and stylism at the ESMOD in Munich. She grew up in a family with high affinitiy for fashion. Her growing interest in fashion hasn`t been a long time in coming. Taking that passion to the next stage seemed a logical step to take.
After leaving college she started to work for Hallhuber and Guess.

In 2007 Nadine launched her own label Gross-artic.
Nadine shows in their designs her great skill to implement current issues lovingly and authentically. Decisive factor was the desire to create clothes for themselves which is not commonplace. Today, the label stands for a casual to glamorous style. End of September 2011 she will open a shop in one of the hippest area of Munich.
